Emotional Wellbeing

The mental health and emotional wellbeing of our students is a key priority, and more so now than ever before.  In school we look at various aspects of mental health during form time and assemblies and our Pastoral team are always on hand to support whenever we can. We also have guidance and information from various outside sources, including parent information evenings.

The following link provides useful information about sources of advice and help for mental health and emotional wellbeing, particularly in the current climate:

Information from the Emotional Wellbeing Evening hosted by Liam Laughton (Primary Mental Health Team Manager) in January 2018 can be accessed by following the link:

If you have concerns about the mental health of a minor, please contact a member of our Pastoral team – it’s “Time to Talk" and we’re here to listen.  If you have any expertise or access to support that you think we might benefit from please do not hesitate to contact us.
