GCSE Design & Technology Graphic Design Focus
Great design is about generating innovative and creative ideas, communicating through visuals, analysing existing products, understanding and answering users’ needs and wants. Within the course you will be investigating ‘good’ design and design trends
GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition
This is a popular course with a high success rate at GCSE A*-C. Students usually cook every week enabling them to build up a good skills base to use in their coursework, these reflect the topic studied that week.
GCSE Design & Technology Product Design Focus
The GCSE Design and Technology course involves generating innovative, creative ideas, sketching, using ICT and Computer- Aided Design and manufacturing, 3D modelling. You’ll be analysing trends and products and the influence of famous designers and design movements.
Cambridge National Engineering Design Level 1/2
This qualification studies Engineering design which is a process used to develop and enhance new products and systems as a response to market opportunities.
