Charity

Arden prides itself on its commitment to fundraising activities. Each year Arden holds three main charity days (one per term) where funds are raised for charities nominated by the school; these are non-uniform days. In addition to this students support other events over the course of the year such as harvest donations for foodbanks and donating toys at Christmas time.

Charity days for the 2019-2020 academic year will be as follows:

  • Monday 25th October 2019 – supporting SoLO
  • Tuesday 21st January 2020 – supporting the Neonatal Unit at Heartlands Hospital (this was an additional day, in support of a member of staff)
  • Wednesday 11th March 2020 – supporting The Zuri Project
  • Friday 3rd July – a student vote will take place to decide on the charity to be supported.
