Mr Horsfield studied Mathematics & Engineering at the University of Birmingham and remained there to complete his PGDipEd in Secondary Mathematics Education. He started his teaching career at St Peter's Catholic School in Solihull before joining Arden as Head of Mathematics in 2021. In February 2025, he was appointed to his current leadership role, where he works closely with staff and students to support achievement and inclusion across the school.
