Absence From School

Arden School asks parents support in striving for the highest levels of attendance from all students
It is a requirement that parents inform the school of the reason for a child's absence
on the first day they are away.

Absence can be reported by telephone on 01564 773348 or email us at office@arden.solihull.sch.uk.

 

We do not have a full time qualified nurse, doctor or medical auxiliary available to care for students if they become ill whilst at school. Whenever possible students that are ill will be sent home after confirming that someone is at home to look after them.

In the event of a more serious illness or accident the student will be sent to hospital by car or ambulance. If this happens every effort will be made to inform parents.
