Senior Pupil Team

It was with great pleasure we were able to announce the results of the 2017-2018 Senior Pupil team interviews.  We are very fortunate to have such a weatlth of incredible students to choose from.  We wish the team a successful, fulfilling and exciting year ahead, safe in the knowledge they will be fantastic role models for the school.

Eleanor A

I am very excited and so grateful to have been chosen to become a Senior Pupil and Head Girl.  In the next year I hope to embrace this fantastic opportunity and do the role justice.  Thankfully, the Senior Pupils and Leadership Team will be around to help, support and work with me in order to make a positive difference to Arden.  I feel honoured to be able to work with these exceptional individuals and I hope that we are able to combat any challenges and achieve goals set.  I am particularly looking forward to helping those in our school community and encouraging perseverance and ambition.

Arun Barnard

I am thrilled to have been selected as Head Boy and member of the Senior Pupil team for the 2017-2018 academic year.  It is an honour to have the opportunity to be an ambassador for the school and to have the privilege of working with an amazing and talented group of people.  I look forward to helping the team welcome in the new Year 7 pupils, promoting everything Arden has to offer and, on a personal note, trying not to make a fool of myself in the uniform fashion show!  I would like to thank all the staff and students for giving me this great opportunity.  This will certainly be a memorable year in all our lives and we owe it to the school to make a lasting difference to everyone’s experience at Arden.

Georgia Harding

I am extremely proud and excited to have been given the opportunity to be a part of the 2017-2018 Senior Pupil team.  It is an honour to be selected by the teachers and fellow pupils in the year group and I hope to be a good role model for the younger students and represent the school with pride.  I am excited for the opportunities this year brings the team and to work with an amazing group of people.

Lauren Hobday

I feel so honoured and privileged to have even been considered for the role of being a Senior Pupil and to help drive forward the school, let alone actually gaining Deputy Head Girl.  I am really excited about working as part of a team, alongside such an amazing group of people and for me to be able to give back to Arden, after everything that the school has done for me over the past four years.  Along with the role, does come a lot of responsibility, but I am extremely excited to fully get involved and immerse myself into all of the activities that are thrown my way and I will give everything my best shot.  I will represent the school in the best way possible and I hope to have many laughs and lots of fun with the team as the time goes on!

Owen McDougall

I feel honoured to have the responsibility of being a member of the Senior Pupil Team and I feel capable of representing the school.  I feel privileged to have been selected for the role and abundantly thankful for my peers and senior staff for believing me to be the right student for the team.  I believe this role will help me improve my communication skills and enhance my leadership abilities.  I am looking  forward to working with the team to strengthen the school’s already excellent reputation within the local community.

Charlie Phillips

I am very grateful to have been voted for by both students and teachers to be a part of the Senior Pupil Team.  It is a privilege to be a part of such a great group of people and I hope to bring my skills to help promote Arden as one of the top performing schools in the UK.  I am really looking forward to the year ahead and the challenges and opportunities we, as a team, will face.

Ollie Smith

I am extremely honoured and privileged to be given a Senior Pupil role at this amazing school.  I am really looking forward to working with a great group of people and build my confidence.  I feel like I will be a good role model for younger pupils and a good representative for the school.  Hopefully the year ahead will be the best of my school life and one to remember for all that I accomplish.

Grace Yorke-Biggs

I feel very privileged and honoured to be selected to be on the Senior Pupil team.  I am really looking forward to working with this amazing team.  I feel I can be a good role model for younger year groups.  I think the role I have been given will really help me build my social skills and meet new people.  I hope this year will be a great year and one that I will treasure.
